Vincent C. Guess

Vince has a BS in engineering and an MBA from Arizona State University. He worked for four major companies before forming the Institute of Configuration Management in 1986 and running it for 30 years.
His training program on how to change faster, document better and achieve integrated process excellence is renowned worldwide. The principles are applicable to any endeavor.
The success of any endeavor depends on the quality of their plan and its execution. The U.S. plan is called the Constitution and Bill of Rights. Two political parties have taken turns at executing the U.S. plan. The Heritage Foundation uses its Economic Freedom Index to measure success.
Those with higher indexes have higher standards of living. Republican leaders achieve higher indexes than Democrat leaders. Red states achieve higher indexes than blue states.
